Work with Us

Many patients come to us as a last resort. They’ve tried everything but nothing has given them lasting relief.

They turn to chiropractic because they figure it can’t make the pain any worse. Maybe you feel the same way. If so, we understand completely!

In fact, initially, our patients ask us three questions:

1.    Can you get me out of pain?

2.    How long is this going to take?

3.    How much is it going to cost?

Here’s what we tell them.

Chiropractic and Pain Relief

It’s important you understand that you are in charge of your health! We’re here to help you regain that health.

That means we’re a team.

Healing is not a straight path to wellness. There are a lot of bumps in the road along the way. That’s just how the body works.

It doesn’t mean you’re getting worse. It means your body is trying to re-adjust back to a healthier way of functioning.

With each visit, we’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing. Do you feel worse or better? Based on your feedback and our examination, we will then make adjustments to your treatment plan.

We also make lifestyle and exercise recommendations which are fundamental to your recovery. Working together, our goal for you is to reduce pain, increase your mobility, and help return you to the activities you love as quickly as possible.

Chiropractic Treatment Plan

Because each person is different, each chiropractic plan is different. That means the path to wellness varies.

The longer you’ve had the condition, the longer it takes to regain health. And there’s a reason for that.

When your body has become accustomed to holding a certain pain pattern for many months or years, it gets used to it.

Each chiropractic session nudges the body back into proper alignment, redirecting the body to the optimal way of functioning. Eventually, the body will hold the correct pattern, but it does take time!

Chiropractic Investment

Mountainside Chiropractic does not accept health insurance. However, we do provide you with receipts so that you can submit your visits to your own insurance company.
